Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Bernie madoff used to make the same claim! I believe the SEC didn't exaactly do their due diligence their either. Do you think if ARTS committed fraud they would announce it to the world? Lawyers do investigate all the time, its called research! You should call perry mason maybe he can help you look up some definitions in the dictionary!

I am not taking sides on this issue, but this is a fair and accurate statement.

I know even feduptohere would agree with me, My lawyer would tell me at the very first Do Not say anything to anyone until we are done "INVESTIGATING" ARTS has broken NO Laws.

As far as ARTS has broken NO Laws; well, I guess we'll see at some point in the future?

Which is exactly why I said nothing that hasn't already been said on here. Since you seem to be trying to look out for my best interests by saying the above, why are you trying to get me to post the lawyer's name and contact info? Also, I would be interested to see you find ANY lawyer that doesn't research a case they are working on. Law isn't a fly by the seat of your pants profession. As for ARTS not breaking any laws, is that why they have undefended judgements against them and sheriffs trying to sieze any property they have that would add up to the judgement amount? Bottom line I've contacted a lawyer, I'm not the only one that has, and the people on here wanted to be kept up to date with what is going on.

ARTS has broken NO Laws. Thats what the SEC has stated on their website.
