Maybe instead of posting here on I-Hub you could go down the hall and help the incompetent staff at MediaMax Technology Corp file ON TIME!
And we just gave you guys at SCMI another 90M shares to blow?....ON WHAT? Apparently it's not anything to do with A FILING!!!
I think the good folks down on 44th street need to wake up and start performing their duties in a TIMELY MANNER!
This is borderline ridiculous!
I personally grossed more last year than this entire company, and yet all by my little lonesome, still managed to file on time as well! How many people do we have there making how much $$ per year to perform their duties? I would think at this stage of things the very LAST THING they would want to do is file late! Just my opinion though..........

Mario, YOU don't know Shazam? OK. Sure. Next - I changed flydocs list? No one syllable - I did EXPAND the question list as DISCLOSED upfront and ADDED a question about shazam after flydocs. Here te refresh your erroneous memory, POst # 22144:

If I was able to go to the shareholders meeting, I would ask:

1. MONEY questions:
-- Do we make any money from any association with Microsoft?
-- Do we receive any additional revenue for "enhanced" features on CD's and / or advertising on CD?
-- Are those Shazam forecasts still considered to be accurate?
-- What did Mario base the numbers on when presented to Ken Weiner at Shazam?
-- BMG - are all or most of their commercial/retail releases including
MM5?

Mario, what SEC decree are you talking about?

Mario, are you working late posting and that is why MEDAIMAX IS LATE WITH THEIR FILING!!!
