manipulation as with many penny stocks,,at 3:22 pm i put in an order for 15,000 shares at a limit of .021 trying to push it above .02 for the day and it filled at .0197 which for me saved only about $20 and considering the amount of shares i currently have, that was a wash, but i felt it was a good idea hoping to keep upward pressure on. lets see what tuesday brings,,best to all!!
