this is public company and whoever has most shares, he has the voting power
he can block and decision made by BOD
that is why legit companies ceo's have the shares restricted more then the 50% in order to make sure of no hostile take overs and so on
but him having 54% of the SS, makes him majority
E trade shows that and he also has accepted what E trade showing
basically he does own the company
