Because its a fraud is the simple answer. They have had 3-4 months time and no PR's.
Occams razor - CCME is a fraud.

Get rid of the stock and you will see it the next minute.

CCME's Deafening Silence and inability to act like and behave like a publically listed company is the biggest reason IMO.

The last time we heard from Cheng was after the NewYear when he Gave us investors all the re-assurance in the world. [go ahead..defend his silence]

..and what about broken PLC promises from 2010? i.e. DIVI + BuyBack -- all want pretend that CCME didn't make these corporate plans last fall.. [or justify CCMEputting them on the shelf due to current problems.]

How many shortcomings are even the most Stoic of believers going to defend.. as opposed to the company... before they smell that something is not right??

The Cynic in me says We Had Chengs kind Words, Ping Lou's re-affirmation and Northands pump all within the same few weeks.

**Was this all manipulation by Cheng to keep the share price propped up with gullible Retail investors money... Just long enough for insiders to sell all their positions. ??

My guess the reason CCME keeps getting mentioned next to other frauds is the fact we have heard NOTHING from the company...While AUTC was being investigated did they make any public statements? I just cant understand WHY CCME management wont say ANYTHING publicly if in fact they are not a fraud..There should have at least been some statement of defense on behalf of the company's management...Several people on here have mentioned tidbits of possibly "positive" developments within CCME in personal emails or contact with the CEO. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASED BY THE COMPANY ON A PUBLIC PR//NOT TO INDIVIDUAL INVESTORS PRIVATELY. I have several thousand shares holding to the (bitter) end. Im not sure if I am being stubborn or if deep down I still think there is some business worth more than 1.50 a share...glta longs..

Management has gone through a few token motions but that's about it. The results speak for themselves at this point. I'd say CCME is not a fraud in the same way Barry Bonds did not take steroids. He didn't admit it, he hasn't been convicted, but we all know what's up.

All the while all CCME has done is keep fighting and hire the biggest guns to try and show they are real ( which none of the others accused did).
