I don't know if there is any reason to apply for permits. It takes money to drill. IMO, no one will see one dime of the money they invested. The 2,000/01 reverse split ate up all the investors chances of recovery. The "shell" is worth something, but if sold, that money will just disappear. Another "Pinkie" is used to rape investors. Anyone know what the last "Pinkie" company was successful and payed a dividend? Me neither.
