There is no proof for those who do not seek it. There are many ways to obtain this information, why would you not check for yourself rather than interject your uninformed opinions here? Would you even trust the answers given by strangers on a stock forum? Even if you were given irrefutable proof of the accountants existence, would you then be satisfied enough to buy or would you simply find another impossibly moot detail to harp on about? If you don't like the situation, you would do well to spend less time sulking around here and more time looking for something that better suits your investment needs. Just my opinion of course.

So DA is a liar? Did you see that he filed an extension with the accountant being referenced. That is not a forward looking statement gone bad, that is a statement by the CEO that the accountant EXISTS.
