Again, if this stock was going straight to the dump, how could they manage to line up even a $1.00 of financing? If Green is right then apparently there are some major investors such as Cornucopia that clearly just like throwing money down the drain...the more likely answer is that he's scared he won't be able to cover once they finish this merger and the news is released...patience is key. Again, I repeat, patience is key.
