That filing states they are authorized to issue not that they have. But that does not preclude that they won't dump big time when this moves up. Maybe that's how they're going to pay for all these acquisitions - with our money and then never tell us jack chit like they have for nearly half a year. Maybe that's why some have bailed - they know the game being played.
