hard to misread this one, the only thing up in the air is what the finalized land includes.. but we need to remember any land is good land, and the pps is VERY low. this is undervalued, i would add more if i had more lol... good things to come for those who are waiting people... GLTA
Finalized meaning the new asset has increased Mammoths value significantly beyond it's current common stock market value. Investors will realize their shares are theoretically worth far more. Slap that ask!
