Susie...Why would Matt want to ban you from the contest? It seems that should be exactly what Matt wants, is for people on other investor chat boards to recommend people come over here. It is called word of mouth, not spam and it is the reason that I'm sure Investor's Hub started the contest!
It sounds to me like this zimpo character is just a poor sport! It's not like you've been posting on every board anyway. zimpo had to go looking for you to find your posts, as most of your comments have been on private boards.
