I don't mind you asking questions, although I try to keep my answers only to the factual, so I generally refrain from price predictions (too many years spent as a stockbroker!)
Both the shares and the NOLs remain with the shell, but the NOLs have no value alone, they can only be used against income, which gives value to the shell for a potential buyer.
Shares can stay with a shell and be essentially worthless...it happens all the time.
