GSLM's claim was filed with the Registrar of MRT as per Section 127 ff. of the Mineral Resources Development Act and not the Magistrates Court. After unsuccessful internal attempts at conciliation the Registrar transfers the claim to the Mining Tribunal which is convened in the Magistrates Court.
If GSLM did not have legal representation present when the court resumed on Tuesday that might indicate they have lost interest in/walked away from the claim. There were some 12 weeks to organise a barrister after the matter was first mentioned in court in early March.
It has been said on another board by a poster who has shown he is in the know about company developments that Bendall is now living permanently in London.
