That 3.4 mil is incorrect in that article. From their financial report CORRECTION the 10-1 reverse spit accounts for share increase when name changed to MJNA

JUNGLE- This tells me that these share were from back before MJNA when the co. was CVIV Club Vivanet... which means I dont care if they want to take their $1 million now. They probably got those shares for a service rendered and it definately occured before this co. had anything to do with marijuana. Now they have EVERYTHING and ONLY thing to do with it.

The fact that they also only sold about 15% of their holdings also shows they feel it will be back in the .20s again... otherwise they would have sold all of it, right?
