The partner also provides the physical plant for the processor, most likely right in a material recycling facility if it's Smurfit-Stone. I also believer, but I'm too lazy to look it up, that the partner is provided a % of the net fuel sales (20%) or (not and) a reduced price on fuel, again, too lazy to look it up.
