JBII will not be profitable for a long time. Why? Because they will pour all of their profits back into their build-out.

That doesn't mean the value of the company won't be increasing by leaps and bounds.

The CNSX and TSX are both deemed to be major stock exchanges? Being on a major stock exchange will allow numerous advantages currently not available on the OTB (exposure, buying/selling shares through brokers, RRSP's and TFSA eligible to name a few).

excellent questions. I would add the following:

1. How many processors would it take to become profitable.
2. For what purpose did you file a prospectus in Ontario.
3. Will you be doing a Canadian financing with a subsequent TSX listing.

I liked your idea of a rights offering. It will not dilute our holdings. Maybe thats why they filed a prospectus in Ontario
