That was a great post Saredi. Back when the board was counting shares, there seemed to be a lot of guys with large numbers of shares that were long from the last run. They averaged down on every decline and had accumulated very large positions.

With all the doubts and delays, many were over-extended with larger positions than they were comfortable with.

When SDVI saw some daylight, a lot of those folks bailed creating selling pressure that quickly drowned out any chances for a multi-day, multi-bag run.

The dynamics have changed a bit since then, and the chart shows it. People who wanted out were able to get out on the last couple of pops. The people who wanted to average down were able to do so at reasonable prices.

We will still have to churn a bit when volume comes in, but this is a whole different ball game now.

One way or another, Ken has to make things right with the SORs who converted to GRAFF. No doubt on that one. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

IMO and FWIW.

Would that be the best time for Ken to do his buy back?

Nice post Saredi... you are giving the right opinions and thoughts on some nice key facts here. Nobody can get rid of 30 million shares this week without seeing triple zeros here, as exactly stated by you. On the other hand nobody can buy the same 30 million SDVI shares without paying 0.005 plus. These are thin SDVI markets today, as well on the BID as on the ASK.
It's hard to get rid of them and it's even harder to get them cheap... (assuming a significant stake!)

To Rabbit or not to Rabbit, that's the question...
