So i hopped over to yahoo to see what their spin was on it, their seeming to think its possibly the start of a buy out/merger from epic and the conversion was necessary first, dunno how logical that may be just thought id bring another perspective.

Either way its obvious that the shorts that bought the momo from friday didnt like the news

Are you saying that the shares that were just converted are now free trading? I think you need to talk to Diane Will about that.
