IMO that would be like making it illegal for someone to have a cig in their mouth on on their ear. Is smokeless tobacco (skoal, etc) banned from NY city as well? If not, then I dont see why the e-cigs would get banned. They would have to specifically state vaporless e-cigs. If they say No smoking, you could say "I am zigging". If they say no vaporizing, you could say "I'm just sucking on air". But as far as the vaporless goes, I can see some red tape, but it is quite ridiculous if they word so every type of cig is banned but you can still dip.
Is their an age limit for these? I dont recall anything on the site when i bought it.
