Let them sell, so we can buy more...IMO we are very close to some great R/M news...this filing comes out just a few days before merger news as i have seen it already many times on other R/M plays!!!

Only 100k shares traded yesterday which is very light trading. Hopefully peeps will take the time to actually read the filing and see that this proposal is not an actual R/S, and is only an option the company will have if they so choose. The filing also states that the proposal gives the board the option NOT to have a R/S as well.
