Most likely they are real close. This filing was part of their overall plan. As carp1 said, they are setting everything up and covering all bases in preparation for the merger. This filing included several references to making decisions that would have outcomes that would be most advantageous to stockholders. I think they have their sites already zeroed in on starting the process to move off the OTCBB and up to another exchange as soon as they can after the merger. They are keeping current with SEC filings including quarterly and yearly financials.
