Do you have any research available on BEA with regards to their upcoming web based enterprise sw and those from SAP and IBM ? Thanks.

The way I understand is that enterprise sw has longer sales cycle and once you select a vendor, it's hard to make a switch in rather a short time. SAP is leading in enterprise SW and today I see a huge demand for SAP consultants being paid US $ 100-150 K.
