I had a lengthy conversation with Brian today. When asked about a pr release, he reiterated what William told me. It will be sooner rather than later. Also, remember today was a holiday in Canada, a 4 day week, which may have an effect on a pr timing.
I also asked for clarification on the dilution talk we have all heard recently. If a company goes through a stock split or reverse split, the effect is immediate on the pps. Accordingly, I believe that if stock is moved from the A/S to the O/S, the effect on the pps is immediate as well. This does NOT mean that the new O/S stock is being sold on the open market and put into the Float. With all of this said, I also believe a filing is required to increase the O/S before any stock could be sold by the company. MMTE has not made any such filing that I can find.
What people are calling "dilution" is most likely a large holder reducing their position or getting out. It doesn't have to be the company.
