hey man. It is no biggie. I mean we have been waiting 3+ years for a settlement to go down. I can wait until that happens. All the pps games are just a side show.
On the other hand if the deal falls apart which i doubt the hedgies will allow. Then fine. Sussman should go after all those people and then go after FDIC and JPM for treble damages.
It ultimately is up to the people who have been strong arming us for so long. Look at it this way. In negotiations you want to take the most extreme position so in the end you meet somewhere in the middle and a deal can be made.
I think all along some parties knew this would happen and just tried to cancel us out as a stall tactic and its sad to say that it worked.
I will be happy with whatever sussman and the EC settle for and not 1 single penny less.
Let the penny pumping sites and flippers have there fun. They will be the ones who need depends when they see what the true longs walk away with.
My opinion is that we wont know the full details of the settlement until it is fully hammered out and they put a final stop to all these mm games.
My personal hope is i get face value for my prefs and common gets the reorganized co with all the benefits that go along with that. That my friends is a deal I would be more than happy to accept. The value of our common stock will go up over time as we use the tax benfits or merge with a bigger entity.
