JBII like all growth stocks will get priced based on future growth...not what they did today or yesterday....growth stocks tend to get bloated PE's assigned to them.....so JBII isn't going to need 100 machines up and running before the stock just blows up stupid...

Assuming a reasonable P/E, JBII would need to operate roughly 250 30-ton machines to achieve $100/sh.
