I ask this of the forum. Why didn't they file bankruptcy at the beginning of the new management and re-surface? They traded on the established name of the company and then played a shell game with the investors with the knowledge the existing debts would need restructured or new capital supplied.

That's a meaningless statement. Glad I'm only looking at a small loss even if the pps goes to no bid. If they have something specific to say, they should release a PR or even better, a 10k. Can't take a an anonymous post serious.
