I think all of this is being examined very closely with the Galleon case.

I'm no expert, but I would guess that if I talked to a supplier of Apple and learned of a new product coming out that wasn't yet known, I couldn't trade on that information. What about the reverse: what if I discovered, through the same conversation of the supplier, that 99% of the sales of a company were fabricated. Would I be under the same trading restriction?
