If you found this out by inspecting public records, you are free to trade on it to your heart's content. If you found out by interviewing a corporate insider, then no. Al Little knows the rules and (to all appearances, anyway) is not getting his information from corporate insiders. He is free to trade on it first then publish his findings. He is not free to lie, and I don't think he does.
