I do not read todays PR as a continued or new negotiation of a contract with the GVT.in any form. CGAQ has presented a Sales/Marketing proposal,nothing more, and waiting for a response.If there are other bidders they would present their options. Would like to know the BID Closing date from the GVT. I am long and have substantial shares but do not see this as negatiations of a contract.Hope to see things move quickly.
