I am an accredited investor: Stealth,as such you are correct I get to see a lot of stuff going on. Sadly I am not accredited in LBSR. Also it would not be right for me to tip my hand as such anyhow. But your point is SPOT ON accredited fellows see lots of stuff,that I would say is too volumnus for SEC reporting. They get to look under the HOOD, we get to look at the CAR.
