If it was already approved, why does it state this on the solid waste permit application? Can you send me the link to the approved permit.

In addition to the Solid Waste Permit the company has applied for an Air State Facility Permit (DEC Application No. 9-2911-00348/00002) under Article 19, 6 NYCRR Part 201.

The company proposes to convert scrap plastic, that does not have a reasonably available recycling market, using pyrolysis, into liquid and gaseous materials which are recovered for utilization. The liquid will be sold to the refining, fuel and polymer production markets. The gaseous materials will be used as fuel to provide heat for the process. In addition to the Solid Waste Permit the company has applied for an Air State Facility Permit (DEC Application No. 9-2911-00348/00002) under Article 19, 6 NYCRR Part 201.
