yeah plus since he bought capital growth with an asset purchase agreement he cannot just cancel shares. If he wants to do that then the shareholders will have to receive some form of compensation. If he was planning to cancel the shares then he would have been required to purchase ALL the assets of Capital growth which he didn't. =)
