A delay past June 1 will probably provide some limited selling, but not much. There's just too much evidence pointing to something good cooking and at these prices, very few could sell without taking a huge loss. I've learned not to expect any timetable to be met, so I'm not holding my breath, but will be very pleased if we get some good news next week...
