PHAR you just showed everyone on this board how much you know about stocks ! I'm a newbie and even I know big news doesn't always drive the PPS up !! Often times it provides a selling opportunity for those to make a profit .

Prove it. SEC filings, anything! Email the company yourself or call them. You have yet to respond to my DD post. Where is your "proof" at?

All unfounded accusations. I can make some, too, but I will not.

PHAR what is the first priority of someone in a short position ? Give up ? Discredit the company by saying they are selling shares . This makes investors afraid of the company's agenda . Problem with you crow is you have no DD you have proven your intelligence and you will eat crow . Prove the company sold shares. Provide something please so I can be wrong !!

That NEWS was big to us, but unfortunately was sunk in in the last two PR's that told about the move;-)

I even mentioned that to the company, and even though i was hopeful , the PR of the closing of the facilty would get us into the .03-.04 range...there just wasnt enough volume to substanciate your claim of company selling shares..

they have many means of getting money

preffered "C" shares is one of them....

not selling a few hundred thoudand shares into the market, especially at the bid...

IF PHAR price goes down for a NEW public company like PHAR

That hurts them to get Financing because the objective is to get the PPS to a very attractive level, so others will be banging on your door to do financing...

now other stocks that are on the wash rinse, repeat cycle, they just print shares, and pump and promote their stock!!


This concept isnt a good one for NEW emerging public companies like PHAR

they would kill the PPS and slowly die off...


FACT IS WE NEED TO LOOK AT PHAR MORE AS AN ((( IPO )))

THAN A SHELL BUYER... UNFORTUNATELY IT COST WAY TOO MUCH TO DO AN IPO, SO HOWARD BOUGHT AN EXISTING CLEAN SHELL... HE DIDNT BUY BMG* OR ANY OF THE PREVIOUS GARBAGE THAT WAS IN THE SHELL!!
