I believe they suggested 3rd Q...at between $19.50 - $20.00! Strange it would have this much of a discount when it isn't that far off, but I'll keep buying on dips and selling on pops, even if small....tuna

From CFCI PR 3/5/05: "CFC said the buyout by an affiliate of Audax Group values the company at between $19.50 and $20 per share. CFC shares closed earlier on the Nasdaq down 70 cents, or 2.8 percent, at $24, and dropped an additional $2.53, or 10.5 percent, to $21.47 in after-hours trading.

The company expects the transaction to close during the third quarter."
