Why would Howard or Pharmstar want or even need to move from their current location???

Buy a NEW building
Hire Attornies to handle the NEW purchase Transaction
Hire movers to move everything from Rocky Mount to Wilson NC
Hire all kids of construction contarctors, and laborers
to construct an entirely Whole NEW Facility????

**AND EVERYTHING ELSE INVOLVED WITH SUCH A TREMENDOUS MOVE**

When the Location they were in was more than enough to do what they needed, and also if they were just doing all this as part of some scam...and all they cared about was selling stock...
