Pink sheet numbers are only as good as the filings ... And we seem to have the proper filings so far .. The company itself(SAVW) also has a responsibility to keep the numbers updated on the site ..
The way I see it is if they are diluting the number of shares it really shouldn't matter that much. Look at the current market cap with the known 370 million shares. Even if they dilute it fully to the 2 billion authorized shares the market cap is still very small for the company's potential and how close they are to significant sales.
