I read that. It as filed a couple years ago. I wonder if Cal and Jim got a long and if it has any relation as to why Jim does not like the KDS equipment.

Yahoo, Google and my Broker see BMSPF as BMSPF.PK at this time. I am curious when BMSPF will become BMSPF.OB?

Also, BMSPF has unlimited Shares, I think that is how they plan to finance their building etc. ?
