Haha... i doubt it. the store design is to close to the appstore. i guess the strategy is to develope a satellite shop of the appstore and then create more shops wich are satellites of the imobilizeit store. since everything is connected to the appstore they wont violate apples rules. BD is the most skin i expect.
Working with a winner like apple and following them in almost whatever they do makes it easier to grow on the right course.
