I am simply basing what I am saying on direct experience in the past with these two issues. From my experience, although there is wiggle room, these things are not open ended, especially the financials, financials are pretty much set in stone. As for the name change, it does not take three months or more from paperwork submittal to final acceptance (and yes I do not think it has been three months but…).
In any case since JD has posted about this here in the past, and obviously reads this board, and further since I believe many of us here are interested in the topic, this forum is better for answers than a phone call where I report back what I have heard. Better to get it from the source than second hand.
These are simply my opinions and I am not trying to be argumentative, not at all. This is one of the really good iHub boards!
