Seems unlikely to emerge by target month end. I doubt at this point we ever see them emerge... they're close to running out of cash at this rate. and will just keep selling properties for cash and burning through it... thoughts from the board? It has been quiet lately here.
Timing of the hearing (3:00 Pacific) coupled with an scheduled early departure (4:00 Central) should give me enough time to make it home. It is going to be close.
