I apologize; apparently I have offended you. I am grateful that I now have a source of the "truth." I'm not very smart so please tell me what the "truth" is about the Spin-Off, the $21,000,000 backlog, and the delivery to Tower.

Or perhaps since you explained it to mmech he could explain it to me.
