chefjack,Hurst would tell you to go long stocks that were uptrending into their respective 38/40 wk lows. WMT has been weak for quite awhile. for a short term option play tho it's a different story. it bounced off it's 4.5 yr cycle low of feb 03 so thats good and as a component of the INDU it should get help rebounding as the index moves.
