Well, first of all, this stock has never been at these levels before(last year's low was .0008) and secondly, last year this time the share count was a lot lower. As in 50% lower.
Now as far as everything you said regarding things to look forward to, I agree their future has potential. However,it takes a lot of money to do all of the things you mentioned. Hence the reason for increasing the A/S to 10B. Troy's eyes are wider than his pockets, but not his shareholders.
Dilution is not the solution.
