Cousinrolf......I also saw that earlier this morning, and need to do a little more background research on it. Would have to put it in the "sounds a little too good to be true" category at this point. Dont know if there is any relationship to FASC, but that thought also crossed my mind.
I have shares in BMSPF that were acquired when Video Movie House shares were distributed by FASC about 6 or 7 years ago. This is a long story but some of you other longs probably have some of these shares as well.
Jim Carroll is the CEO of this company and was a former business partner of Cal. He also considered Cal a friend. Jim was an officer in VMH (Video Movie House) which became Virtual Media Holdings. VMH was owned by FASC.
I called Jim after Cals' passing and asked him if there was anything in the works with FASC. His reply was not so positive in that he indicated that the KDS was not suitable (volume wise) for their application.
