has been extended by mutual consent indefinitely. Websters definition of indefinite = not defining or identifying, not precise, vague, having no fixed limits. Means the deal is still on but no real date is being specified.

It is a fact that the 30 day extension to buy Renfro LLC announced over 30 days ago has expired and no further extensions have been announced. So as of right now based only on publicly available info, the deal to acquire Renfro LLC has not closed and the 30 day time extension BRZL got on 3/31 to buy Renfro LLC has expired.

Maybe it's this statement that's incorrect. The continuous extension is in several filings and worded several ways.

Let's back track to the topic. The topic was what info was publicly available. Publicly available info provided as of right now is. BRZL had an option to purchase Renfro LLC. That option to buy Renfro was extended for 30 days on March 31st. As of today there is no public info saying there was another time extension.

So to stay on topic and nobody can dispute this sentence it is a fact.

Based only on Publicly available info provided as of right now BRZL's option to purchase Renfro LLC expired April 30th and no new extension has been publicly announced as of today. As of today based only on info at hand the deal expired and has not been extended. .
