Roger that Matt... it seems, IMO, that we are waiting for all of these lawyers to finally figure out how ALL are made happy (enough) to bring a settlement before the Judge.
Egos and Greed are still pushing against a settlement. Susman / Sullivan / and others will continue to tighten the noose. EVENTUALLY, the shit will hit the fan.
