my brother,,,remember not everyone here understands it as easily so I went through the whole progression.

it is an interesting progression w/ the name change, et al!!

i think Pivotal approached CGS with the master plan before the May 3, 2010 first financing. At that time they (Pivotal) gave CGS the 5mil they needed to get through until end of July and the Ch11, but the plan all along was going to be to do the bigger deal.

Like we say, w/ Pivotal taking a position in the Shell then in Dec (AFTER the initial bid for assets was submitted), was the last part of the plan to ensure they remain in control of the Shell going forward an then to bring themselves as a parent into it.

it's the only real answer to that action given everything else!!!
