IMO, most CEO's are out of touch, Jim is in touch with us. he probably can care less what the stock price is when USFM is trying to launch it's product line everywhere, Jim is going about it, the less worries there are about dilution, you and I agree this was not a selloff for the PPS to drop this far, L2 is very thin.
