ERFW is a "Non-Accelerated filer."

Non-Accelerated Filers must file their 10-Q within 45 days after quarter end.

By submitting Form 12b-25 (NT 10-Q), ERFW bought itself another 5 days.

That is, ERFW's 1Q11 10-Q must be filed with the SEC within 50 days after March 31, 2011. By my calculation, that means by this Friday, May 20, 2011.

What's new is correct! Hal it is 5 days. Nothing more to say until we see some numbers, which i hope results into that tsunami! Lol...MBD
